Insuring 90% silver U.S. Coins

Are these insured under shipsurance policy terms? The exclusions list 'currency' and these are currency so I am thinking they aren't insurable. On the other hand they trade for their bullion value not like currency. If anyone has a clarification from the insurer that would be great. Thanks.
