Reply to "Intermittent Performance Issues on Auctiva.com Site"

Hi Community,

I am pleased to report that our site and services are operating much better now, and we have effectively stopped receiving reports of site slowness and other related performance issues since the last update I posted to this thread. However, we are still carefully monitoring the situation and are working to ensure that the issue does not resurface.

If you encounter any further difficulties of this nature, please contact our Customer Support team to let us know by mousing over the “Help” tab and selecting the “File Support Case” option.
