Hi Sandra,

Ahhh...I see what you mean. The reason those options are omitted in your listings is because they are not compatible with the package size "Letter". If you change the package size to "parcel", you'll be able to offer USPS Airmail Parcel Post and USPS Economy Parcel Post.
