Hi again,

That sounds like you refer to an eBay token and it will need to be renewed. The message should have a link in it or you can select "eBay" from the My Account menu and then click to generate token and follow the steps from there after logging in to your account.

Please note that for questions regarding your specific account, a support case is the best way for the most accurate response as our agents will be able to look into your account directly from a support case.
