invisible itelm on ebay

Hi

I listed some items on ebay (sunday & yesterday) ... then i decide to use auctiva for the next listing ... but all my ebay listing are now disappear ... i just can't see them though the ebay manager ...so no seller can bid ... also the function other items from the seller is empty .. i've 263 items but invisible

can someone help me please
