Hey maninabatcave, have you ever figured that problem out? I'm having the same problem. I filed a support case about 20 days ago and they can't figure it out. I even went out and got a new ipad 2 and it still didn't do the the trick. If you fixed it, what did you do? I'm eager to use the app. Thanks
