Is anyone else having a billing problem?

Every time I log on I get a message telling me there is a problem re my account. I have now re-authorized payment of my Auctiva fee via Paypal THREE TIMES! (and of course, Auctiva has been getting paid via Paypal for months up until now) I have left 2 phone messages on the alleged customer support that have been ignored. (Even tho they make a big deal how telephone support is available for billing problems.) Have now tried the written help request. Is anyone else getting these messages? Is this a systemic issue, or am I just the lucky one? I've never had to work so hard to get someone to take money from me, and I can't firgure out what the problem is! If my service is interrupted because of this stupidity, I will scream!!!
