Reply to "Is anyone else having a billing problem?"

Dear mjaysmama,

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing. I could not find any support cases about this issue in our system under your Auctiva username but I did review your account and found that it is in a state called "Grace Period" because our attempt to collect your fee for March using the automatic payment method you had on file at the time was declined.

Since you have set up a Paypal billing agreement to be used for the payment of your subscription fees, I expect that we will be able to charge you successfully around the middle of the month when we retry charges that filed during the initial billing cycle and that the issue will be cleared up again.

Provided that we are able to charge you successfully at that time, there will be no interruptions to your service. However, if you would prefer to pay off your outstanding balance manually before that time, you are welcome to do so by mousing over the "My Account" tab within your account and selecting the "Make a Payment" option.
