Hi Craig
Thanks for your reply. I'm afraid I'm still having issues.
When I attempt to access the auctiva.com my browser just spins then times out (even when I clicked the link in your message).
I'm not sure how to provide a trace route so I'd appreciate if you could send me the directions.
I'll file a support case now.
