I don't have an answer to your question, but was wondering:

I notice your eBay store does not exist any longer. Are you running your Auctiva Store as your only store front?

I have noticed that some others have only an Auctiva store. Do the Auctiva stores get everything they should have as far as eBay is concerned? In other words, do the Auctiva stores show up in searches?

BTW, I looked at your Auctiva store and it looks very good and professional to me.
