Is it o.k. to cancel Picture Manager if all my pics are not showing on Auctiva?

Hi all,
Forgive a dumb newbie question, but I just registered with Auctiva today (thanks for a great service guys). I understand y'all are having probs with your servers, and that's probably the reason just a small percentage of my current auction pics have uploaded from Picture Manager (correct?). Should I wait to cancel my Picture Manager subscription, or are the pictures here and I'm just not seeing them?
