Hi and Welcome!!

I would suggest you NOT cancel your subscription yet.

Auctiva will only upload active listings. Any non-active pics you have in picture manger need to be uploaded by you.

It can take up to 24 yours for all your listings to be imported, I would recommend filing a help ticket and ask them this question.
