Based on what you have described with the <HTML> button, it sounds like you must have a pop up blocker enabled on your browser or one of your browser toolbars that is blocking the pop up window containing the HTML code from being displayed. If you disable any pop up blockers that you currently have enabled, you should then be able to get the HTML.

Most browsers, as well as browser toolbars like those offered by Yahoo and Google, come equipped with pop up blockers that are enabled by default so the culprit is likely one of those. Instructions on how to disable the most common pop up blockers can be found on the following site: http://www.hotcomm.com/FAQ/FAQ_popups.asp
