somethings definately gone backside upwards. confused 01! you are not alone, we are all doomed to suffer this lengthy prob together i'm afraid! they did reply to my email but just basically said they were doing their best to sort it, but i do wish they would update us- its so frustrating! i can truly empathise with you all.
