I found a way to make this work - but it takes an extra step. Just list as you normally would through Auctiva. Then go to ebay and choose to Revise the item. Choose Picture & Item Details. On that page, there is a value pack box - click on the 'add now' purple button. When you go to save your changes, the fee will show .65 for the value pack. But, if you go to your seller account, you will see a credit of .35 for the gallery fee and .50 for the subititle fee and an addition of .25 for the value pack. It's a roundabout way, but the fees come out right.
