Reply to "Is there a way to temporarily disable Auctiva?"

I am trying to do that, but since I signed up for Auctive my ebay listing features to not work properly, such as the isbn feature will not come up and I cannot upload pictures from my ebay website now. I don't know why it changed, but I would like it to work the way it did before and don't know how to get it back that way. thanks, wkamm
