Is there another "free" way to bulk list items????

I've tried and I've tried to import 1 file into TL, but no mater what I do, what eBay tells me to do, nothing works, so I need a new way. I have about 20 diff. version of one file, all not working. I've sent the file to eBay, and they said theres nothing wrong with the file. I tried to do it on another computer, still nothing. I restored the computer, still not working. I've ran TL in compatibility mode, still nothing. I worked on compiling the .cvs file for about a week, from sun up to sun down, restarting several times and then I get it finished and this is what happens. So I need another way, a "free" way, or a Free trail
