There is a fairly easy way to Bulk Edit your Saved Listings to remove the immediate payment required. You seem to be familiar with how our Profiles work, but for those who may be reading this that aren't, here are the steps to do this:
These steps may seem time consuming, but it really won't take very long at all.
The first thing you need to do is create a Checkout Profile with the new information you want to replace on your Saved Listings.
To set up the Checkout profile, hover your mouse over the Profiles Tab, and click on Checkout. Enter your payment information/return policy just like you would when creating a new listing, name it and save.
Now go to your Saved Listings and check the boxes next to the listings you want to revise. You can revise up to 100 at a time with this method (click the box at the top of the saved listings to select "all" on that page.) When you have done that, click on the blue "Find & Replace" button at the top of the Saved Listings section.
On the next page, in the Field drop-down box, select "Checkout Fields." A new drop-down box will appear below that says "Checkout Profile:" and you can select the new checkout profile you just created to replace all the old checkout details in the saved listings.
Click Continue and on the next page, you will see the listings you are revising. If you are ready to update all of the saved listings, click the Confirm Selected Listings button. Or cancel if you change your mind.
Updating live eBay listings is a little trickier (as you know.) We do have a way to edit live listings via Auctiva, but the only areas of the Checkout field we currently support are the PayPal email address and the Return Policy. There are other eBay tools that you can use to bulk edit your listings, but not having tried those myself I wouldn't know which one to recommend.
