Dunno when you left SD, but over the past year it became more and more broken and what little support there was became non-existant. Now it's owned by inkfrog and all users were moved over to inkfrog. (by trashed, i dont mean deleted, but rather full of broken images, various characters in text changed to question marks, and so on)

As for it saying 'Newbie' on forums, dont take it personal. Even AuctivaDeb (an employee) currently has 'Newbie' under her name.

But anyway, sorry youre having probs with auctiva's system. There is an update that will be lauched soon; hopefully it will resolve some of the issues.
