Hello posehellish,

We are unaware of any issues with inventory failing to update correctly, so if you are still having trouble, please feel free to file a support case from under the Help menu of the site letting us know some examples by item number or title and what you have seen.  The most recent or current examples are likely to provide us with the best information and we'd be happy to look into it for you.
