Reply to "it is not time for the update yet but still - can not connect"

We planned for the site to go down at 3pm PST for a planned upgrade to all of the servers. This was a necessary update to help resolve the issues with people seeing server errors.

As for the site going down earlier than it was scheduled to, I need to look into what happened here.

Will post back with updates as I have them.
