I went to high school with some Purvis'.

As my children and hubster say...DUH! You went to school or know everyone. <smile>

Paula Purvis. I was in the class of 75.

I can see why Bartow hotels were filled up...it's smaller than Lakeland. Back then we only had a handful of hotels/motels. A little bigger now but still a small town atmosphere.

Ahhhhhhhh, those were the days.

Thanks for the update! Wouldn't it be something, small world, if the Purvis I know is your family?
