Hi Stacey,
I took a look at your listing. One comment I have is that the [IMAGE1] [IMAGE2] etc tags should only be used within a custom template, as they will not work correctly being placed directly in your item description. Secondly I noticed in your custom template you only included the [IMAGE1] tag. If you only include one image tag in your template but select more than one image for the listing using that template, we don't know where to put the rest of the images so they are just stuck next to your first image. If you want to make sure the images are arranged the way you want them, place enough image tags for each image (in your case four tags) Let me know if that makes sense!
