Reply to "Item Description box not showing up..."

Hi Scott,

Thanks for letting us know about this. We aren't experiencing any technical problem that would account for this behavior but we do hear of this happening occasionally due to browser caching issues. The first thing I recommend trying which may resolve this problem is clearing your cache and then closing and re-opening your browser.
