Thank you Rebecca. Yes, I was aware of the live listing edit but had never tried using it. I just tried it now and noticed that there is an option to edit the DESCRIPTION field of the live listing. That is very good but, as lookandbuyme mentioned, this only works for active LIVE listings.
For Auctiva users that have MANY listings though (which I imagine there are a lot of), this does not help much because the SAVED listings are what need to be changed.
Also, it is not always just a word here and there that needs to be changed. Sometimes the formatting needs to be changed, pictures embedded into the description need to be changed and even pictures in the gallery need to be changed.
We need a way to be able to REPLACE the entire description field in SAVED listings. Instead of replacing the entire Item Details profile to do it, we just need something for JUST the Item description. Either add that as a separate profile that can be created or as an option in the Find/Replace page.
We also need a way to add or remove pictures in bulk to listings (I know you can replace them but not add/remove them).
Rebecca, if there are any of these features that you know of that are coming soon, please let us know. If not, these are features that have been requested MANY times in the past several years.
I know inkfrog does most of this. I don't think it would be a very difficult thing to add.
