Hi Stuart,

I just did a new Item Details profile from scratch; and the description text saved and worked fine on the one-page, when selecting the profile.

I'd recommend you open a Support Case at HELP, top of page, to investigate your problem.

Any chance you are doing a copy - paste of the text from Word or other word processing product? Word formatting isn't compatible with HTML/CSS and does cause problems.
