Too many people used to say 'like new' when in fact it wasn't..now you can't say 'like new' at all anymore. (Seriously, your listing could get pulled if you have that in the title).

After you choose your category, a small link will appear right undernearh for Item Specifics. Depending on the category, it will say either New, New with Tag, New in Box, New Without Box, Used, or Preowned. You can pick from those options and then elaborate in your description area.
