When I choose the second custom item specific and it has the drop down box that has colors or brand names yada, yada, and they don't have what I need, I try to type in for instance a color and then I can't get out of the box. If I do get out of the box, sometimes I will back space to get rid of what is there, and type in what I want and bingo, whatever was there comes back. I need this feature, and I am unable to use it properly. I appreciate the help.
