Item specifics - Auctiva still missing them

Anyone else getting tired of haveing to revise every listing on ebay because Auctiva's items specifics are out of date, I sell clothing, the brand is everything, & I have redo every listing on ebay to add the brand name. It makes a huge difference in searches. Auctiva told me over the summer it would be done shortly. Whats the excuse now?
