Reply to "Item Specifics problem"

Sorry to say, this problem has not been resolved. I've been able to list my women's shoes just fine up until this past week. Now I am getting failure API messages stating that I need to provide item specifics, but when I try to do so, the option is not available. It will be there for a moment, but then goes away just as quickly. I have missed out on relisting 31 of my items!!

Any suggestions or comments? Error check is fine, scheduling is fine, but then they bomb and fail to post.
