Items listed from my Auctiva not searchable on eBay for hours.

I get the email that my item has been listed from eBay but sometimes it's 8 hours before it's searchable. Does anyone else have this problem?

Also, I have this warning by my auctions in auctiva even though I have chosen a return policy (3 days). It shows up on the eBay auction. Thanks to anyone who can share. I watched the tutorials and must be doing something wrong.
