You aren't doing anything wrong. I get those warnings every time I list, and I just ignore them. As to how long it takes your item to show up in searches, it can be anywhere from one to twenty-four hours. There are lots of factors which affect it including when you list, what type of items you list, what phase the moon is in, but I don't think that listing through Auctiva affects it in any way.
