Items not appearing in store window.

Until about 2 weeks ago everything was going fine with Auctiva but now no items are appearing in the window at all, see link http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=82...TRK%3AMESE%3AIT&rd=1

I can't think why its stopped working, i use the html which is pasted into the end of my auction template.

Today i thought i may be down to me changing my ebay user id from ultimate-entertainment-uk to ultimate-revolution-uk so its seeding the list of auctions from an unused user id if that makes sence.

I have since updated the token thingy using the id ultimate-revolution-uk but nothing has changed ie no more items have appeared and the html it generates still makes a display of my old id ultimate-entertainment-uk

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
