Reply to "items not moving to selected folders"

Hi, thanks for your response.

I searched by your name and got 5 pages of links but nothing from yesterday. Maybe I need to do it again later to see if there is a delay.
However, I appreciate the insite on the closed folders being "links". What is the purpose of having the closed and saved folders, seems a little confusing to me, but then again...I am a newbie...

I will continue to play with my folders and see if I can get it to work using the saved folder instead. Or I will contact support.
