Just about have had it with the template format!

Been trying to "choose template" for about 15 minutes now, keeps showing a blank page. It's mid October and still nothing new in the Christmas category. Type in search "kids"...NO RESULTS???? Holy cow, this is all quite frustrating, and these are just a few of the issues.
