Thank you for reaching out! If you are trying to edit and relist an item from the Closed Listings page that was previously listed or relisted on eBay then unfortunately the 'Edit and Relist' button will be greyed out.

If you did create this listing using Auctiva you should be able to find it within your Saved Listings page and you can edit and post it from there.

If the ended listing is roughly less than 90 days old you can also import the Closed Listing into the Saved Listings page.
