I am having the same problem. With all the problems with the online Auctiva, and the huge amount of time it takes to do the listings, it is hardly worth using, even for free. I prefer Mr Poster. Its not pretty, but it does the job. I am seriously looking for a better online lister. I don't mind paying for something that is bug free.
