Heidi, do you mean you're writing your own HTML? Is that just text formatting then? If so, what you need to do is create a new listing in Auctiva, then in the Description Editor, on the top left there is a link that says "Text Mode". Click that and you can enter HTML. Then you can finish customizing your new listing and select the template of your choice.
