Hi LillianS, there's actually a much easier way to revise a listing. Go to your saved listings, open the one you want to revise up, make your changes, and save it. Then go back to the Saved Listings page, and put a checkmark beside your newly revised saved listing. Then go to the top of the page, and click "Get HTML" (second to last blue button in the top row). Copy the whole HTML code, go to ebay, open the revise page, and delete all the old code and paste in the new.
If your description page in Auctiva is timing out prematurely, you might have a problem I can usually work on a listing for up to 30 mins before I have to sign out. An Auctiva member gave a great suggestion to see if your page has timed out before you click save, schedule or post. Just click on one of the image boxes like you want to add a new image, and when select image window pops up, if you've timed out you'll see the login page instead. You can then log back in, close that windows and click save on your listing.
