I'd suggest spending $10 at GoDaddy for lancomesucks dot com and then putting up your story.

This would appear to be legal in the US because ebaysucks.com is a real site. I have no idea of the legalities anywhere else though. Looks like it probably breaks some law somewhere though, and you best know where because you are of course an expert on every law of every country. As well you should be if you sell on eBay.
