Link Removal

I am getting fed up with either someone reporting me or just Ebay being silly.
Last week I had a listing removed for violating their rules so they say.
It was for me adding my link to my Auctiva store in a template which reverts back to Ebay anyway.
I wrote to ebay and said I wasn't violating anything, they wrote back and apologised in a way, and said it was removed in error.
So I re-instated the listing and today they ended it again for the same reason.
I rang ebay and the person on the phone didn't know why it had been removed.
It sounds like someone has it in for me and keeps reporting me.

What is getting me annoyed is, all my listings more or less have the same link in, so why are they just picking on one item.

Has anybody else been a victim of this.
