You were smart to call eBay and verify that you are not violating any policies.

Your links are fine. Some potential buyer (or vindictive competitor!) probably saw the link to your Auctiva storefront (or the watermark with the URL) and just assumed that it wasn't pointing to your eBay listings and reported you for a violation.

But getting a call at 9 o'clock at night? That in itself is ridiculous! Seems fishy that they (eBay) would call you instead of emailing, especially so late at night. Did "Darrell" ask you for any specific information about your eBay account (such as login or password?)

Follow up with ebay and ask them to look into this phone call. Even if it was a legit call, they shouldn't be doing it so late at night. It's easy for phishers to make emails look like they are from eBay, and I would guess they could do that with the "on hold" music too.
