listing a bulk order

Hi there, just needing a little advice: i posted a listing on saturday for an order that someone requested as a buy it now. i emailed her the item id number and since reminded her. this listing is now getting interest including a "watcher". what do i do if someone snaps it up other than the person it was meant for? Hmmmm....dilemma...any advice would be great! best regards Deb
