Here's the answer in case anyone else out there runs into this problem:

Classified format has to be done thru ebay only...auctiva does not support the classified format...it runs for 30 days and costs $9.95 mo.

And yes I would have been better off and less hassle had I put the info on disc and sold that way...so that's what I'm headed to do right now...

I hope this info spares some other poor soul and they won't have to spend 2 days getting the runaround from ebay
