I don't know how to fix the pic problem, but in the meantime, why don't you put a line in your description saying that the photo is showing a black spot on the shoe that isn't there. Make it bold, put asterisks around it - or something - to make it super obvious to all people looking at your description.

Maybe that will help a little anyway...
