listing errors

Hi,
I have been on ebay for 3 yrs and using auctiva for about 1 year. I have two sites at this time, as I build up feedback on my new site I am keeping my other store open for now. I am signed up correctly however, I keep getting these API listing errors telling me my email address has to match ebay's...and it does after double checking my accounts. So why do I keep getting these listing errors? Also, some listings have listed fine in the past and just this week didn't post. Anyone???? Thanks. Jini
