Reply to "Listing failed"

I have tried 7 times to list this. Came up as error - failed need package size - now it failed and says 0 business days invalid. I really do not understand. Is this an Auctiva problem. I chatted with Ebay and they felt Auctiva issue due to changing error message each time I try to upload. Have now tried filing with Auctiva.
