Listing fees question

I haven't been listing much lately, but just noticed that when I try to list items that are supposed to cost me a 5 cent listing fee since I have a premium store, the Auctiva fee calculator is telling me the estimated ebay listing fee will be 50 cents. These are for good til cancelled or 30 day listings. I could have sworn the fee calculator used to say 5 cents. I'm wondering if I'll get charged the 50 cents or just the 5 cents. When I prompt the Auctiva lister to estimate my fees, here's what I get:

Estimated eBay fees to list this auction are broken down as follows:
Insertion: $ 0.50
Gallery: Free!
¹ Total: $ 0.50

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
¹ eBay discount and sales are not reflected in our fees estimate.

Any ideas here? I guess I'll just have to try a test listing like above and see what ebay charges me. If it's 50 cents for each of my around 400 gtc listings I want to list now, I've got a problem.
