Listing not showing as posted

I have 2 listings that were posted, but do not show a posting date in Auctiva on the saved listings page. This leads you to believe you haven't posted them. I reposted one and had to end it. Ebay will refund the fee, but is this a problem anyone else is having and may not know it? This can get expensive.
