I'd check on your Scheduled listings (under Listings tab) or your "Events" tab (under My Account) and see if there is a red error message next to the listing you were trying to post. If there was a problem with the listing and it didn't post to ebay, it will tell you the reason why there. If it did post, it will also say that too--it does take a few hours to see the items on ebay...
